The supplement My Turmeric is based on Curcumin (95% of which curcuminoids), Piperine, the active extract of Black Pepper, Quercetin and Soy Lecithin.
Curcumin is the active ingredient of the turmeric root which has been widely used as a spice in cooking area (curry), but in recent years many scientific studies have shown numerous beneficial properties of Curcumin.
Black pepper, instead, has the remarkable property to enhance the effects of Curcumin and increase its effectiveness by the 2000%.

Ingredients: Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) rhizome dry extract titrated in curcuminoids 95%, Soya lecithin, Quercetin, Anti-caking agents: Microcrystalline cellulose, Silica dioxide, Black pepper (piper nigrum) fruit titrated in piperine 98%.
Plant based capsule: Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
Take 2 capsules daily.
