By purchasing products through our website, Meetabstore and customers through the information that appears in the order form, become members of a contract through which Meetabstore offers the goods and services selected by customers at the time of purchase. The contract is made only once once once the terms and conditions have been accepted.
According to the payment amount, which customers have shown during the placement of the order, the total price includes VAT and the breakdown of all individual items shown during the placement of the order. For goods to be shipped abroad, the consumer will be responsible for the payment of any additional costs due to taxes or fees that by law apply in the country of final destination of the goods.
Meetabstore will deliver the parcel to the address specified by the customer during the placement of the order from 2 to 8 working days from the placement of the order. The delivery time refers to goods in stock in the warehouse at the time of the order, in case the goods are not available, customers should be informed immediately about the progress of the order. Meetabstore is not responsible for any delays regarding the delivery of goods, which may occur due to a random force majeure event.
By accepting this contract, customers declare that they have seen and accepted, in their entirety, the offer for the specific products as well as the general terms and conditions. Customers will be responsible for printing and maintaining this contract. Customers should state that they have entered only true information on the order form. Meetabstore reserves the right to take all necessary measures to pursue any violation or abuse.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Disputes arising, with respect to these terms and conditions, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
Additional Costs
The prices listed are shown net and inclusive of VAT. No other costs are envisaged unless stated on the order form.
Payments
The accepted payment methods are as follows:

2. Credit Card / Debit Card:
The following cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Postepay and Carta Aura.
3. Pay on delivery:
Payment on delivery with a standard cost of 4 euros.
Meetabstore does not collect credit card information when processing payment transactions.
Billing
Billing details are always indicated at the time of ordering. If customers have registered their VAT number, they can request the invoicing of the products they have ordered by filling in the appropriate fields in the order form. The invoice will be available immediately after the order is placed, in the customer profile section of the www.meetabstore.ch website, after accessing the personal profile using the website's login page.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancelling an order
Customers have the right to cancel the order through the website. If the order has not been shipped, then a refund of the total amount will be made. Alternatively, refunds will be made as described below.
Refunding an order
If the products purchased do not correspond to those required or if for any other reason, customers no longer need the products purchased, they have the right to cancel the order within fifteen days of receipt of the order at the latest. If cancellation is made within the aforementioned period, customers shall be entitled to a full refund of the costs incurred in purchasing the products.
N.B.
1. Consumers cannot exercise the right to cancel and refund for products that have been damaged, opened, used or customised by clients.
2. The shipping costs for returned products will be borne by clients.
3. No claims for refunds will be considered after fifteen days of having received the product.
Refund procedure
Customers should notify their intention to cancel the order and their request for a refund by phone at 00 800 128 266 or at +41 435080021 or by e-mail at info@meetabstore.ch.
Meetabstore will refund the amount paid to the customers, at the latest within 30 working days from the return of the products, according to the methods agreed with the customers.
Goods to be returned must be sent no later than ten days from the date of sending the email, informing us of the intention to cancel. The product should be carefully packed to avoid the possibility of damage. All products purchased that are no longer wanted should be returned to the sender-supplier in the same condition in which they were sold. Once the goods are received, Meetabstore will arrange for a refund of the amount paid within thirty days and under the conditions agreed with the customers.
