What is a Voucher Code?

It is a unique code consisting of numbers and /or letters which ,when positioned in the relevant field of VOUCHERS, automatically offers a total discount on all products in your cart. 

How can I collect the discount coupons?

There are two types of coupons:

1. The seasonal discount vouchers.

During sale periods, Meetab sends to its customers, through informative emails, Voucher codes with a discount rate and validity as mentioned in the offer each time. We always keep you updated by our newsletters.

 2. Personal discount vouchers.

 Every time you place an order, you collect points (loyalties), which you can convert into a discount amount (coupon) and redeem in future orders.

 How are loyalties converted into coupons?

 1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click on the icon with your name (top right).

  3. On the page that appears, select the "My Rewards Account" link.

4. If you want to convert the rewards you have accumulated into a voucher, you have to click on the box "Transform my rewards into a Voucher worth…". The voucher that will be created is valid for 60 days from the date of conversion.

5. Returning to the home page, by clicking on your name (top right), select the "MY VOUCHERS" link. There you can find the coupon you've just created ready to use.

 So, once you have at your disposal the discount vouchers, either seasonal or personal, you can use them as follows:

  1. Place the desired products in the basket.

  2. Click "Cart".

  3. In the blank VOUCHERS field, fill in the coupon code and click "OK".

 4. The system will automatically update the total price including the discount.

  5. Complete your purchase as usual
