What is a coupon code (voucher)
This is a unique code consisting of numbers and/or letters, which when entered in the special field (Promo Code), automatically offers a discount on all products in your cart.
There are two types of vouchers:
1. Seasonal discount coupons:
During discount periods, customers receive Voucher codes via email and SMS with a discount rate depending on the offer.
- After placing the products of your choice to the cart, before proceeding to the checkout, place the discount code in the special field that appears by clicking on the link "Have a promo code?" located under the field "Total (including VAT)".
- Make sure that the shopping cart system has been automatically updated with the discount coupon and complete your purchase as usual.
2. Personal discount coupons - Loyalties
Through the customer loyalty program, every time you make a Meetab purchase you accumulate loyalty points, which are converted into discount coupons that you can use on a future purchase. How to convert the balance into a discount voucher:
- After logging into your account by clicking Login (top right), add the products of your choice to your shopping cart.
- Tap on "Personal area" (top right).
- Click on the link "MY REWARDS ACCOUNT" and see the total discount amount available.
- To use the discount, click on “TRANSFORM MY REWARDS INTO A VOUCHER WORTH...€”.
After converting the balance into a Coupon, you have up to 60 days to use it. - Your coupon is now created and ready to use, just click “Add to cart” to add the coupon to your shopping cart.
- Make sure that in the shopping cart, the system has automatically updated the total amount with the discount.
- Complete your purchase as usual...
